Services We Provide

We offer professional artificial grass installation, removal, and related services in Santa Cruz and surrounding areas. Each project starts with a consultation where we assess your property, discuss your needs, and provide a detailed quote. Once you approve the quote and we schedule your installation, our team will complete the work according to the agreed timeline and specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse service if your property has conditions that make installation unsafe or impractical. We will inform you of any issues during the initial consultation.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change if material costs increase or if your project requirements change. We will always inform you of any price changes before proceeding with work. Quotes include labor, materials, and standard installation. Additional services like soil removal, drainage installation, or custom features will be priced separately and clearly noted in your quote.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If you have questions about payment, please contact us before work begins.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring our team has clear access to the work area. This includes removing any obstacles, securing pets, and making sure any necessary permits are obtained. If you have an HOA or local regulations that require approval, please handle those before your scheduled installation date. You should also mark any underground utilities or inform us of their locations.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our installation comes with a workmanship warranty, and the turf products we install often include manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your project documentation. Regular maintenance and proper use are required to keep warranties valid.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and schedule adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

We take every precaution to protect your property during installation. However, we cannot be held liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or issues that arise from conditions beyond our control such as extreme weather.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.
